It is my pleasure to invite you to attend the EDF Annual Shareholders’ Combined Meeting convened at 14:00 pm on Wednesday May 20, 2009, at the Palais des Congrès in Paris.

The Annual Shareholders’ Meeting is an ideal opportunity for you to gain a better insight on your Group, its current activities, performance and industrial project.
It is also the perfect occasion for a direct dialogue with the Group’s corporate officers, and of course to cast your vote on the resolutions submitted to your approval by the Board of Directors.

This Shareholders’ Meeting will, among other, be asked to approve the 2008 Financial Statements, a milestone year for EDF’s industrial future, as well as to vote on the dividend.
